I'm making a little headway in getting back to all of you who have sent mail with submissions and requests. Thank you for your continued patience as I try to make contact with all of you! I've taken a principled stand not to send out a form letter, making the effort to connect with each who submits to the series personally. Foolhardy? Perhaps, but it does fit in with the spirit of the whole thing. Please feel free to email me and ask about your poems. Polite reminders never hurt!
I want to thank Kevin Porter, a good friend who has been using the giant paper cutter at the local community college to help me cut large quantities of poems in one fell swoop! This has saved hours of time and has created a larger, more diversified quantity of poems to give away. The little color printer I use to make most of the books has been working overtime printing new volumes as well as reprinting old volumes to meet demand.

Poets & Writer's Article

Welcome to all the folks who read the article by Elizabeth Kelley Gillogly in the Sept/Oct issue of Poets & Writers magazine. I've already received poems and requests for books from several of you! PFA is a small operation, so please bear with me as we work to bring your poems into the series or provide you with the booklets you've requested. Obviously, the article has created a surge on demand, but I promise your patience will be rewarded!

The Poems-For-All Exhibition. The entire series of Poems-For-All booklets will be on display as part of an exhibition on the art of the book. The show runs through December at The Exploding Head Gallery located at 924 12th Street in Sacramento. The Gallery reception will take place on the Second Saturday of the month. That is also when we host the Poems-For-All Second Saturday Series of poetry readings. More details to follow.
